Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped via UPS or motor carrier.  Physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes) are required for delivery. We must have a street address.  Any discrepancies between order and delivered products (shortages, overages or damages) should be reported to the carrier and us immediately.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal every day at IBEX Grows.  In the event that you need to return a product, our policies are as follows.

We will accept a return of our products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling cost, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.  To return products, you must call 1-800-506-6615 extension 806 or email our customer service department at hello@ibexgrows.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on return items.  You bear the risk of loss during shipment.  We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof.

Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise.  Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
